Absolutely incredible experience. We had an issue with our sliding patio door not closing suddenly before we went to bed and called them the next morning. They arrived within a few hours, took a look, gave me an immediate estimate for approval before beginning, and were done in an hour!! If I could give them six stars I would. They were polite, efficient, kind, personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I cannot give them enough praise. Prices were more than fair especially nowadays, and much less than we had been dreading less than eight hours before. If we (or anyone we know) ever need sliding glass door services, we’re 100% using them again. The absolute best!! ~ Emma H

I found this company on FB Marketplace after looking for a sliding door repair in my area. I needed the wheels on my five (5) sliding glass doors replaced and the tracks repaired. I contacted them for an estimate around noon thinking I'd be charged an arm and a leg, but they showed up just a few hours later that same day ready to knock it out with a price I couldn't turn down. Let me tell you, this small business is owned and operated by a hard working Father and Son duo. They're both very respectful, professional and have excellent customer service. They cleaned the frame and base of the doors, repaired the damaged tracks and replaced all the defective wheels in just a couple of hours. Before they showed up the doors felt stuck and super heavy to open, and now I have to be careful when opening my sliding glass doors because they all just glide open so smoothly almost effortlessly. Emerson really knows what he is doing!! He came for the first look to repair a slide door but when he was already working on the door and he use of better and more resistant materials so that the sliding door would have a longer lifespan. I have a 27-year-old house that has 3 sliding glass doors in the living room that recede into the wall to open the living room to the pool area. Over the years the doors got tougher to open and then they started leaking from underneath during rain storms. Emerson and his daughter just left my house after working two days in a row. They went above and beyond fixing my sliding doors from 1958. I have 8 sliders that didn’t slide properly. Contacted Emerson for two doors over 20 years old that needed new rollers. He arrived on time, professional, polite. Very meticulous to replace the rollers, a new door latch and even a bumper to make sure that the doors did not crash into each other. Explained everything, didn't mind my questions.
